Information for Our Out of Town Patients
An increasing number of our patients come from outside of Indiana to choose
Dr. Turkle or Dr. Harper as their plastic surgeon. If you decide to do this, we can help
you with the arrangements.
We require at least one business day in between your consultation
and your surgery, and we will work with your schedule to set this up. For
those within the United States who desire to limit long-distance phone calls,
we offer a toll free number, or we will be happy to call you to set up the
appointments. For those coming in from out of the country, we can either
call you or can make arrangements via the Internet. Postal mail can
be used as well.
As a general rule, you will need to plan on staying in town approximately
four days after the surgery. If you can send us photographs (either
by postal mail or email), that is helpful as well. The views that we
will need are similar to those found in the photo gallery on our website. They
can be viewed here:
Please note if you choose to send the photos via email, that our email service
is not considered secure. Although it is unlikely that the photos will
be intercepted, we suggest that you remove anything that can identify you
and that you do not send them from your email at work. You can send
us an email, either before or after the email with the photographs, advising
us that the photographs are of you.
When you contact us to
schedule, please advise us that you will be coming in from out of town.
